Role Overview
As the Part-Time Pool Attendant, you'll have a big mission. If you choose to accept it, your mission will be to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment for residents. This role includes monitoring pool activity, enforcing facility rules, and ensuring the pool area is properly maintained throughout the day. As you can likely tell, 'how' things are done matters just as much as 'what' was done here at BH!
Key Responsibilities
  • Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of internal and external customers.
  • Follows and maintains the established cleaning schedule and exterior preventative maintenance programs and schedules.
  • Perform open/close checklist.
  • Enforce safety procedures and rules.
  • Walks and inspects the pool on a daily basis to remove all trash, debris, and lost and found items.

You Have
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School or GED (General Education Diploma) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements/Environment: The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Full range of motion with upper and lower body. Continual movement including, but not limited to: standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs.
  • Operation of a motor vehicle onsite, if applicable.
  • Exposure to all weather conditions.
  • Lifting at least 20 pounds.
