Our services span from pool cleaning, repairs and renovations, to hardscaping and designing beautiful outdoor living spaces. At Blue Ocean, we believe that we're not just providing pool and outdoor living services; we're delivering happy memories and smiles, one pool at a time.

Job Description

We're looking for consistent, thorough, and thoughtful Service Techs to clean and maintain pools. This role is the perfect blend of technical work and relationship building. As a Service Tech at Blue Ocean, you are not only an excellent pool Service Tech, but you are also personable and love to engage with your customers and coworkers with a high level of professionalism and respect. You will get a company truck to service ~35 pools a week. We also provide vacation and sick time, benefits, and raises every 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver the highest quality customer service and communication to our clients
  2. Execute all cleaning and maintenance procedures including vacuuming, brushing, and chemical treatment
  3. Report on status of pools to clients via Skimmer App
  4. Review and check all equipment and relay options to customer with recommendations
  5. Manage and maintain your company truck and cleaning equipment
  6. Attend and participate in team meetings and outings and internal communication tools

Qualifications:

  • Industry experience preferred Pool Servicing, Maintenance, Construction, Carpentry, Electrician, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.
  • Tech savvy; quick learner with new software
  • Friendly, positive, can-do personality
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Great communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License
