We are a successful and quickly growing Pool Service based in McKinney serving McKinney, Dallas, Prosper, Plano, Allen, Frisco, Richardson, Rockwall, Flower Mound, The Colony, etc. We are looking for an experienced pool repair technician to help us build our business and forge a clear path for upward mobility at Pool Scouts. You will keep busy troubleshooting equipment, doing plumbing, electrical repairs on residential swimming pools providing excellent customer service. Pool repair experience is key. This role will be for a dependable candidate who will be rewarded with career advancement and greater earning potential if they work hard, embrace our team and brand culture, and perform consistently. We offer industry training, 401K match, team events, bonuses and a beautiful outdoor work environment. RAIL preferred but not required. Need to pass an electrical, plumbing, pool repair professional assessment for consideration. 3-5 years of licensed pool repairs to apply.
Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
