Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Closing Occupancy Bonus (paid monthly)

Job Summary:

The Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the apartment complex, including common areas, hallways, and outdoor spaces. The Porter also handles trash removal, light maintenance tasks, and ensures the property is well-kept and presentable for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance of common areas, including carpet cleaning, replacing light bulbs, trash collection.
  • Minor landscaping- leaf blowing and power washing.
  • Ensure trash and recycling areas are clean and organized.
  • Clean community pool, pool area/grills and other outdoor spaces.
  • Address minor repair requests and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Monitor the property for safety hazards and report any issues to the Lead Maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work Saturday mornings.
  • Previous experience in property maintenance, grounds keeping, or a related field.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
