Purpose


Execute high-quality pool equipment diagnostics, repair, and installation to ensure customer systems operate safely and efficiently, while delivering exceptional customer experience and supporting revenue growth through accurate repair identification and service execution.


Key Contributions


Diagnose, repair, and install pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, automation, plumbing, and electrical components) at customer locations.

Evaluate pool systems and identify required repairs or upgrade opportunities to drive service revenue.

Communicate repair needs, options, and solutions clearly to customers to support informed decision-making.

Document all work performed accurately using company mobile systems to ensure billing and operational alignment.

Maintain consistent communication with dispatch, office staff, and leadership to ensure service execution efficiency.

Manage vehicle inventory, parts, and equipment to maintain readiness and minimize service delays.

Perform routine vehicle inspections and ensure safety and compliance standards are met.

Support team development by assisting in technical training when needed.
