We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Pool Operator to join our fast growing pool maintenance and repair company. As a Certified Pool Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of swimming pools under our care. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and manage the overall pool operations, including water chemistry, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inspections of swimming pools, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, local codes, and industry standards.

- Monitor and maintain proper water chemistry levels by conducting regular tests and adjusting chemical treatments as necessary.

- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and chemical feeders.

- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks such as skimming, vacuuming, backwashing, and brushing the pool surfaces.

- Keep accurate records of water test results, maintenance activities, and any incidents or repairs.

- Respond promptly and effectively to pool emergencies, such as water contamination, equipment failure, or accidents, ensuring the safety of pool users.

- Educate pool staff and pool users on safe swimming practices, water quality guidelines, and general pool maintenance procedures.
