Warehouse & Grounds Supervisor
Pool & Spa Depot is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Grounds Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations while supporting the upkeep of our facility and exterior grounds. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining warehouse leadership, inventory control, and facility maintenance.
You will help oversee the full lifecycle of operations-from receiving and shipping to ensuring the warehouse, parking areas, and grounds are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory control
  • Assign tasks, manage workflow, and support team performance
  • Ensure accurate shipments, inventory accuracy, and proper documentation
  • Enforce safety standards (OSHA, PPE, equipment use)
  • Train and support warehouse associates
  • Coordinate with drivers and internal teams for logistics and scheduling
  • Oversee facility and grounds upkeep: parking lots, loading docks, landscaping, signage, and lighting
  • Support vendor coordination and assist with maintenance and repairs
  • Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of warehouse experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong inventory control and warehouse operations knowledge
