Two or more years as a swim instructor is preferred. Experience as a youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor and/or teacher preferred. College degree preferred. Optional CPO Certification (paid training will be provided if needed).Certificates and Licenses: Lifeguard, CPR/AED, First Aid certifications and Ellis lifeguarding certifications preferred (can be trained on and paid for).Work Environment: While performing this job, the employee is regularly exposed to heat and humidity. Noise level is usually moderate.
