What You'll Be DoingOwn Your RouteManage a residential pool service route while delivering consistent, reliable, high-quality service to homeowners.
Keep Pools Swim-Ready- Brush, vacuum, skim, and clean pools thoroughly
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets
- Test and balance water chemistry safely and accurately
- Add chlorine, acid, and specialty chemicals as needed
Inspect & Maintain Equipment- Monitor pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and filter cleans
- Identify equipment concerns before they become larger problems
Deliver Excellent Customer Service- Communicate professionally with customers
- Provide updates and recommendations when needed
- Represent Patriot Pool & Spa with professionalism and positivity
Stay Organized & Efficient- Manage your daily route efficiently
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Keep your truck clean, stocked, and organized
- Use mobile apps and communication tools throughout the day
Support Team Operations- Maintain inventory of chemicals and supplies
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Communicate route updates, customer concerns, and operational needs clearly with the team
What We're Looking For- Positive, customer-first attitude
- Reliability, accountability, and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and manage a route efficiently
- Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather conditions, including prolonged summer heat
- Ability to stay active throughout the day
- Hands-on pool service experience a plus
- Experience with route work, water chemistry, and identifying equipment concerns required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving history (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report
Bonus Points If You Have- Experience with Pentair, Hayward, or Jandy systems
- Saltwater system experience
- Green-to-clean experience
- CPO Certification
- Basic repair or troubleshooting experience
What the Day-to-Day Looks Like- Driving between customer locations in a company vehicle
- Working outdoors in Texas heat, rain, and varying weather conditions
- Lifting equipment and chemicals up to 50 lbs
- Performing physical tasks like bending, kneeling, and climbing
- Using mobile technology and communication tools throughout the day
- Delivering excellent customer service while working independently

Environmental Conditions:
General Office Environment: Noise level in office environment is generally quiet.
Outdoor Service Environment: Position will be exposed to various work conditions, at a variety of client settings. Indoor conditions may have dust, heat, cold, noise, etc. Outdoor conditions may include exposure to the outdoor elements, seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations, freezing conditions, and hot conditions. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
Physical Requirements:
If performing office duties: Employee is required to sit, stand, hear, and use hands to operate all office equipment. Employee must view computer monitors for long periods of time. Vision requirements are close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Employee occasionally will be required to lift, generally no more than 25 pounds.
