Puddle Pools is seeking a dependable, customer-focused team member who takes pride in doing quality work and delivering great customer experience. As a seasoned Pool Technician, you will be the first hire laying a solid foundation for how we operate and ultimately train future hires as we scale.

What You'll Do

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Perform pool cleaning, routine service and repair operations for residential and commercial customers.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Perform Pool Inspection and/or Leak Detection for customers seeking inspection or detection services

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Perform complex repairs on pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and circulation systems using hand tools and power tools.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Perform power washing for residential and commercial power washing customers.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Communicate professionally with customers regarding service, findings, and follow-up needs.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Help identify referral opportunities and additional service needs while in the field.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Represent Puddle Pools professionally in the community.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Maintain equipment and keep the company vehicle clean and organized.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Complete job notes, invoices, and payment processing accurately.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Drive the company vehicle to and from job sites and take it home overnight, if applicable.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a maintenance or technical environment is preferred.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Physically capable of bending, lifting 50+ pounds, and handling equipment and tools.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Preferred, But Not Required

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  6+ years of prior pool cleaning experience.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  2+ years Commercial pool service experience.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  2+ years pool equipment repair experience.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Prior Leak detection experience.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Prior pool inspection experience (CPI).

Compensation and Benefits
