About the Role:
Fiberglass Pool Designs LLC is looking for a motivated Swimming Pool Technician Helper to join our growing team in Hamilton, NJ! This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door of the pool industry, learn hands-on skills, and work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist lead pool technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of pool equipment
  • Vacuum pools
  • Balance water chemistry
  • Transport, organize, and stage tools, equipment, and materials on job sites
  • Support plumbing and equipment setup including pumps, filters, and piping
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all job sites
  • Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times
Requirements:
  • No prior pool experience required โ€” willingness to learn is a must
  • Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
