Join Our Team!

We're looking for an experienced, dependable, Lead Swimming Pool Service Technician to lead our field service team and help deliver exceptional pool maintenance and repair services. If you takes pride in quality work, enjoy solving problems, and can lead by example, we'd like to hear from you.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise pool serivce technicians
  • Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend solutions to customers
  • Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
  • Train and mentor new technicians
  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers and the office
  • Manage service vehicle inventory and equipment


Qualifications:

  • This is not an entry level position. We are not able to provide training on pool systems.
  • 5+ years of professional swimming pool service experience
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of pool equipment (Hayward®, Jandy®, Pentair®) plumbing, and water chemistry
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
