Job Title:Impact Club Service Concierge

Pay Details:

The starting hourly rate for this position is $30.00 per hour.

The Impact Club Service Concierge delivers exceptional dining experiences to members and guests by providing superior customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and supporting the Food & Beverage Management team with various tasks. Responsibilities include collaborating with team members to ensure food quality, monitoring hold times, upholding safety and sanitation standards, and promptly addressing member and guest needs to create a seamless experience. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and a proactive approach to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in members and guests by scanning passes and/or referencing guest list

  • Welcome patrons hospitably; provide guests with exceptional service for a VIP experience

  • Assist with food setup and display, including polishing chafers, menus, menu tags, service utensils, etc.

  • Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown within the club and entry points; responsibilities include but are not limited to lighting, podiums, tablets, stanchions, various electronic devices, wristbands, dining room tables, etc.

  • Communicate effectively with team members, management and guests; gather and relay dietary restrictions and preferences to management

  • Maintain and restock various products including beverages, candy, snacks, paper goods, condiments, etc. and provide updates and counts on any items that need replenishing

  • Complete event paperwork (i.e. inventory count sheets, daily checklists, etc.)

  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisors and/ or managers, including supporting all other F&B areas as needed

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food stations; clean and sanitize high contact surfaces

  • Adhere to uniform and appearance guidelines, maintaining a professional, well-groomed presentation

  • Follow, adhere, and practice the Safety and Sanitation standards set forth by the Food & Beverage Department

Skills

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A strong attention to detail and proven customer service skills

  • Exceptional organization and prioritization are a must

  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Must be able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures.

  • Positive, and outgoing personality

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent
