Job description

We need a dependable Maintenance Technician for apartment complex. You will fix and keep up the buildings, units, and outdoor spaces. Your work ensures residents have a safe and comfortable home.

Key Responsibilities

    • HVAC Care: Fix and service heating and cooling units. Check systems to make sure they work right.
    • Pool Care: Manage the community pool using your CPO certification if you have it. Test water and keep the pool clean.
    • General Repairs: Fix plumbing leaks, broken lights, and minor electrical issues. Patch drywall and paint rooms.
    • Unit Turns: Get empty apartments ready for new renters to move in fast.
    • On-Call Duties: Answer emergency repair calls after normal work hours when it is your turn.

Job Requirements

    • Skills: Know how to use basic tools for plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
    • Experience: Work history in apartment maintenance or a related building field.
