Job Overview
SkyBlue Pool Supply & Service is looking for a motivated Retail & Warehouse Associate to support both customer-facing retail operations and behind-the-scenes warehouse activities within our pool supply and service business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate enjoys staying organized, helping customers, and contributing to a team-oriented environment. This is a great opportunity to grow with a respected, family-owned company that has proudly served the Bay Area for over 60 years.
Key Responsibilities 

Retail Operations

  • Assist in-store customers with product selection, water testing, and general pool supply guidance
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service and resolve basic customer inquiries
  • Processing payments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented retail space
  • Support the office team as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Warehouse & Inventory Support

  • Refill and restock chemicals
  • Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory and supplies
  • Clean pool filter elements
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and service vehicles
Qualifications 

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience 
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. 
Physical ability to lift/move up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods. 
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
