Position Overview

Easton Select Group is looking for dependable and hardworking Seasonal Fall Helpers to assist our pool service teams during the busy pool closing season. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for seasonal work, outdoor work, or hands-on experience in the pool and construction industry.

No pool experience is required. We will train the right candidates.

What You'll Do
  • Assist pool technicians with swimming pool closings
  • Help remove and install winter pool covers
  • Carry and organize tools, equipment, and materials
  • Assist with draining and winterizing pool equipment
  • Load and unload service vehicles
  • Clean and maintain work areas and customer properties
  • Support warehouse and yard operations when needed
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
