Be part of something extraordinary. Join Salamander Middleburg, a Forbes Five-Star luxury resort, as we unveil our newly renovated, state-of-the-art pool in April 2026. We are seeking polished, service-driven Pool Attendants to deliver an exceptional, five-star poolside experience for our guests.

Position Summary

The Pool Attendant is responsible for providing outstanding guest service while maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the luxury pool environment. This role plays a key part in creating a relaxing, upscale, and memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and providing personalized attention
  • Monitor pool area to ensure guest safety and compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool deck, lounge chairs, cabanas, and restrooms
  • Manage towel service and poolside amenities, ensuring a polished and well-stocked environment
  • Assist guests with food and beverage service to enhance the poolside experience
  • Support poolside events, cabana experiences, and recreational activities
  • Collaborate with Lifeguards, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services teams
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and any emergency situations
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining professionalism
  • Knowledge of pool safety standards; CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
