About the Position
We are seeking an experienced, motivated Swimming Pool Operations Manager / Senior Mechanic to oversee daily field operations while serving as our lead equipment repair and troubleshooting expert.
This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, managing maintenance techs, improving systems, and delivering exceptional customer service. The right candidate will play a key role in growing one of the premier pool service companies in the Florida Keys.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily service routes and technician scheduling
- Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment, plumbing, automation systems, heaters, pumps, filters, and salt systems
- Perform equipment installations and system upgrades
- Troubleshoot complex service issues
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
- Manage inventory and equipment ordering
- Assist with customer estimates and repair proposals
- Coordinate warranty work with manufacturers
- Improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Maintain excellent customer relationships
- Help train new employees and develop company procedures

Qualifications
- 8 years verifiable professional swimming pool mechanic experience.
- 5 years verifiable management experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, and automation systems
- Leadership or supervisory experience a must
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors year-round
