Join a Growing Manufacturing Team
KSR Foam & Technical Products LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector / QA Inspector to help ensure our products meet customer specifications and industry quality standards.
This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of quality inspection experience who is looking to grow their career in manufacturing quality. Experience with engineering drawings, CAD software, or SolidWorks is a plus but not required.

Schedule
First Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Saturdays and overtime as needed
Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect in-process and finished products using rulers, tape measures, and other measuring tools
  • Verify product dimensions and quality requirements
  • Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials or parts
  • Maintain inspection records and quality documentation
  • Ensure measuring equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
  • Follow ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D quality management standards
  • Oversee packing and shipping processes to ensure products are packaged correctly, labeled accurately, and shipped according to customer requirements
  • Verify outgoing shipments meet quality standards and order specifications
  • Coordinate with production to maintain accuracy and on-time deliveries
  • Support production operations as needed
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualifications
Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of quality inspection, quality control, or manufacturing quality experience
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to read basic blueprints or drawings
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Preferred:

  • Familiarity with ISO and AS9100 quality systems
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for inspection activities
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 100 lbs independently
  • Ability to work around manufacturing equipment, noise, dust, and moving machinery
