Description
Downhole Chemical Solutions (DCS) is a 100% employee-owned (ESOP) oilfield chemical services company and the technology leader in dry polymer friction reducer delivery for hydraulic fracturing. We operate across four active basins - Permian, Eagle Ford, Haynesville, and Marcellus - and we're growing fast.
We're looking for an HSE-Logistics Coordinator to support our Director of HSE in executing DCS's safety, environmental, and DOT compliance programs. This is a field-facing role for someone who is organized, detail-driven, and ready to be a boots-on-the-ground safety presence across a distributed workforce of CDL drivers, DriFlow operators, engineers and field support personnel.
You'll assist with field safety audits, DOT driver compliance, incident documentation, training delivery, and logistics coordination - serving as a key link between field operations and DCS's HSE leadership.
Location: Flexible - Midland, TX, Pleasanton, TX
Travel: 50%
Reports To: Director of HSE
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in HSE, DOT compliance, fleet safety, logistics, or a related field within oilfield services, completion services, or upstream oil & gas operations
  • Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations including Driver Qualification Files, Hours of Service, ELD requirements, and DOT drug & alcohol testing
  • Experience working on or around active frac pad or wellsite operations
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills; ability to maintain records across multiple locations and regulatory jurisdictions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams); experience with fleet telematics or ELD platforms a plus
  • Valid driver's license; ability and willingness to travel 60-70% across TX, LA, and PA

Preferred:

  • CDL experience or prior CDL holder preferred
  • Experience with ISNetworld, Veriforce, GeoTab, or Motive
  • Familiarity with dry polymer chemical handling, combustible dust protocols, or oilfield chemical services operations
  • Multi-basin or multi-state field experience
