Senior Director of Sales - National Accounts

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver profitable sales of Oldcastle Infrastructure products in the Communications market segment with a focus on our Tier 1 accounts.
  • Develop strategic growth plans for key customers and specific opportunities.
  • Hire, lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve results.
  • Develop and manage a network of Independent Sales Agencies to provide market coverage and generate sales.
  • Lead and execute the sales process from prospecting through proposal, order, and post‑order activities in collaboration with the Sales & Customer Operations teams.
  • Manage key customer relationships and lead the development and closing of all strategic customer opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Marketing & Marketing Communications to develop marketing resources targeted to the Communications market.
  • Understand market and customer needs and work with Product Management & Engineering to ensure we have the right products to deliver value to our customers.
Job Qualifications
  • Team player with effective interpersonal skills and an open, collaborative style.
  • Cross‑functional collaborator who can balance external and internal objectives.
  • High initiative and results driven; an entrepreneurial self‑starter who operates with speed, simplicity, and passion to succeed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in sales management preferred.
  • Experience with manufactured products for infrastructure construction in the Energy, Water, and/or Communications market segments preferred.
  • Travel is expected to be 50+%.
