Ready to build a sales career with no ceiling on what you can earn?

Tenth Revolution Group is growing and we're looking for a driven, competitive sales professional to join our Dallas office as an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant. This is a full-desk (360), Account Executive-style role where you'll own the entire sales cycle, placing top Cloud Technology talent with high-value clients. You'll join a tight-knit, high-performing team that celebrates wins together.

What's In It For You

  • Uncapped earning potential — commission is tied directly to your results, with no ceiling.
  • Real training — a full onboarding program plus ongoing development throughout your career here.
  • A career you control — a clear, performance-based promotion path with no politics involved.
  • Benefits that matter — discounted health, dental & vision, generous PTO and more!

The Role

This is a client-facing, 360 sales role — not HR, not internal recruitment. You'll sell Tenth Revolution Group's staffing solutions (permanent or contract/interim) to high-value clients, owning the full cycle from first contact through placement:

  • Prospect and build new client relationships through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow your client base and drive revenue.
  • Run in-depth client meetings to understand hiring needs and tailor your search.
  • Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle — sourcing, screening, submitting, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and closing.

What You Bring

  • Outbound sales experience is preferred; cold-calling experience is a strong plus.
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • The ability to build relationships at every level of an organization.
  • Resilience, drive, and a genuine hunger to keep improving.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total comp range: $41,000–$58,000* — range includes base salary of $39,500, plus a $1,500 transportation allowance and projected Year 1 commission. Commission is uncapped, so top performers earn well beyond this range.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) options
  • Long- and short-term disability, life insurance
  • 15 days PTO in Year 1
