I opened my agency in 2021 and we are continuing to grow. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in corporate as a claims adjuster, which gave me a strong understanding of the industry and how to best support our customers.
I earned my degree in political science from University of South Florida and later completed my MBA at Warner University. I’m engaged, have a son and a dog, and enjoy traveling, going to the movies, and spending time with family whenever I can.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nicole West - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
