Summary CTC Group is seeking Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), levels 1-4, to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads while ensuring target continuity, profiling targets and their activities, and developing techniques to gain additional target information. Responsibilities * Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
* Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps
* Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints
* Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions
* Be part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise
* Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights
* Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings--including any new tradecraft that you develop--with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers
Qualifications * Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
* Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
* Prior demonstrated experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with network analysis and target development.
* Capable of running basic DNI and DNR queries to answer specific questions with existing Agency tools.
* Can task own selectors with assistance of senior analysts.
* Able to evaluate leads for tasking and able to use appropriate tasking authorities.
* Possess a basic understanding internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, and internet routing.
* Possess a basic understanding of SIGINT collection.
* Capable of basic target discovery and collection triage.
Level 1 Requirements * High School Diploma/GED plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
* OR: Associate's degree plus four (4) years of relevant experience.
* OR: Bachelor's degree or two (2) years of relevant experience.
* OR: Master's degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience.
* OR: Doctorate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience.
Level 2 Requirements * High School Diploma/GED plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.

Level 3 Requirements * High School Diploma/GED plus twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
