What are some common challenges faced by political operatives during election campaigns?

Political operatives often encounter fast-paced environments with tight deadlines, requiring them to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and unexpected developments. Managing multiple stakeholders, from campaign staff to volunteers and media, can be demanding and necessitates strong communication and organizational skills.
