A COMPREHENSIVE BUT NOT NECESSARILY EXPERT UNDERSTANDING OF BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY IS PREFERRED. MUST BE ABLE TO LEARN AND ADAPT QUICKLY IN A CONSTANTLY-CHANGING LEGAL AND POLITICAL PARADIGM. WILL MANAGE LEGAL AND REGULATORY CHALLENGES FOR A DIGITAL CURRENCY STARTUP BASED IN ALASKA BUT WITH GLOBAL PARTNERS AND CLIENTELE.
