Join our dynamic team and contribute your expertise to drive innovative technology solutions that enhance our business processes while growing and adding value.

We are seeking highly skilled Janitor/Floor Specialists to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. You must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, prolong standing, and frequent bending. Being able to use and operate floor machines is critical. You must have reliable transportation and be able to work in Tuscaloosa, AL 35404.

Candidates must be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident, Green Card, or Employment Authorization Card/ legally be in the U.S. for 3 or more years and be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Work is to be performed weekly Sunday - Thursday. 10:00pm-6:00am CDT

Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties such as: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing of floors
  • Perform routine floor maintenance tasks: stripping, refinishing hard and resilient flooring and other surfaces
  • Organize custodial closets and spaces
  • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
  • Cleaning (but not limited to) Restrooms, windows, offices, dining areas, furniture, elevators, lobby areas, and outpatient areas
  • Replenishing supplies

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cleaning, Floor care, working in a warehouse, school, hospital or hotel setting
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills

Salary - $17.20-$22.00 per hour (depending on experience).

Minimum Experience – Have at least one years’ experience as a janitor and floor specialist

Minimum Education – High school diploma or equivalent; Sufficient to read, write and speak the English language.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
