Job Summary:

Raytheon has an excellent opportunity within the Estimating & Pricing (E&P) organization for a Level II Analyst, Estimating & Pricing supporting the Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) product line. This position is within a dynamic organization focused on creating winning cost proposals to help achieve business goals.

What You Will Do

  • This position offers visibility and requires extensive contact with all proposal team members, subcontractors, customers, and RI&S Management in the development of Cost proposals. This includes proposal development for ongoing programs, Engineering Change Proposals (ECP’s) and leading competitive new business pursuits. The ownership of this activity, in concert with the other proposal volume stakeholders, is key to winning new business. Activities include planning, leading and performing pricing and cost proposal development in accordance with customer requirements and current government regulations, laws and company policies.
  • You will be responsible for all pricing support functions from pre-RFP activities through proposal negotiations. These activities include; forming, planning and managing all cost volume development activities such as compiling cost, schedule and technical elements in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) specifications.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Experience utilizing MS Office software
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and cost proposals in a dynamic environment is required
  • Able to work both independently (self-guided) and as an integral team member in a highly dynamic work environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated experience briefing of Management
  • Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and other Government Procurement regulations as they pertain to Bid/Cost proposals
  • Experience in proposing different contract types (CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, FPIF, T&M) with an understanding of financial implications on program implementation of each contract type
  • Ability to develop strong working/professional relationships
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and schedules
  • Experience working on competitive and sole source proposals up to $50 Million
  • Be detail oriented and with the ability to think strategically.

The salary range for this role is 75,800 USD - 144,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
