Job description

DeKalb County Rehab & Nursing Center is a skilled nursing facility who is looking to add nurses to our growing team and facility.
Openings are available on various shifts. Knowledge of Point Click Care Electronic Medical Record is helpful. Comprehensive assessment skills, strong leadership traits and critical thinking skills are important. Experience with the aging population is a plus however we will train new graduates.
$2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time.
We offer $4.00 differential for evening $7.00 differential for night shifts.
Volunteer shift BONUS $100 for additional shifts*******
RN base rate as of 01/01/2026 $46.00 plus shift differentials, plus $1.00 /hour bonus for 9 shifts/ pay period.
LPN base rate AS OF 01/01/2025 $40.11 plus shift differential (non-benefit)
LPN base rate with benefits AS OF 01/01/2026 $33.42 with $4.00/hour shift differential for eves $7.00/hour for NOCS
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $53.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 38.75 per week
