Job description

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Support Representative to join our team. Our products save Police K9's and the Officer's lives! This position requires a Technical Support Representative / Production Tech for law enforcement vehicles. We have saved thousands of Police K9s in our 35+ years of business.

What we are looking for:

  • Great communication skills - over the phone, face-to-face, and via E-mail.
  • Positive attitude, patience and a desire to help our customers, as well as being a team player.
  • Good Computer Skills (Data Entry)
  • Basic understanding of 12-Volt Electronics.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Answer customer inbound calls and text.
  • Assist Installers with technical support.
  • Solder board components and build wiring assemblies.
  • Assemble and test equipment before they leave our facility.
  • Providing our customers with quotes.
  • Troubleshoot existing electronics and remove or replace malfunctioning parts
  • Install new versions of our equipment for customers
  • Programming equipment.

Requirements/Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have basic knowledge of (Office 365).
  • Certification or Degree in vehicle electronics is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills

(Compensation is based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
