If you are a problem-solver with a knack for process improvements, this is the role for you.

Reporting

This position reports directly to the CEO, works closely with the CFO and Chief Product Officer, and will be shaping our future. As a global business, the Manufacturing Supervisor will also interface with our production leaders in the U.K. and Poland. You will directly manage a team in Atlanta of 20-25 FTEs.

  • Monitor quality metrics, minimize returns and customer complaints, and drive a culture of continuous improvement
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance, accountability, and teamwork
  • Identify and resolve any operational challenges
  • Support new product development by fabricating and testing new designs from leadership and sales teams
  • Evaluate new materials to improve product quality and/or manufacturing efficiency without compromising standards
  • Maintain and enforce 5S and overall workplace organization
  • Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve customer issues and drive corrective actions
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to track production schedules, KPIs, inventory, and reporting
  • Take ownership of monthly inventory and cycle count processes

What Success Looks Like in This Role

  • Consistent achievement of daily production targets
  • Improved throughput and reduced bottlenecks across departments
  • Strong team engagement and accountability on the production floor
  • High-quality output with minimal rework or defects
  • Measurable improvements in efficiency, organization (5S), and process flow

First 90-Day Goals

  • Audit the current CNC-to-framing cycle times and eliminate material staging delays
  • Increase weekly shop throughput by 25% through productivity improvements
  • Reduce order lead times to 10 days

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Experience with production scheduling and workflow optimization
  • Working knowledge of CNC operations (preferred)
  • Familiarity with framing, sewing, wrapping, and/or shipping processes (preferred)
  • Experience supporting product development and process improvements (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard business software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, made-to-order production environment
