Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
  • Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members.
  • Deal poker games accurately and efficiently while following established game procedures.
  • Handle chip and cash transactions quickly and correctly.
  • Observe or receive wagers and settle outcomes in accordance with poker rules.
  • Maintain game integrity and protect company assets at all times.
  • Ensure guests understand the rules of the game and adhere to poker room policies.
  • Collect rake and promotional funds according to guidelines.
  • Serve as chip runner as needed.
  • Deal in poker tournaments as assigned.
  • Notify Table Games leadership of any irregularities or guest concerns outside your authority.
  • Provide guests with game instructions upon request.
  • Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
  • Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of dealer training or previous casino dealing experience required.
  • Must be fast and accurate in handling chips and cash.
  • Six (6) months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Must successfully complete an audition demonstrating dealing proficiency.
  • Must have strong math skills and the ability to compute outcomes quickly.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
