Job description

Overview of Responsibilities -
Efficiently and courteously deal and protect assigned games as described in established policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with rules, laws and regulations When scheduled as a Poker Supervisor, responsible for the direct supervision of employees and problem resolution and indirect management of poker operations in assigned areas during assigned shift, continual monitoring of assigned areas to ensure game integrity and asset protection, enforce company policies and business processes and ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls. practice and enforce excellent guest service.
Essential Job Duties -
  • Act as Poker Supervisor when directed - refer to Poker Supervisor Job Description
  • Accurately exchange currency for gaming chips.
  • Ensure accuracy and completion of all signatory paperwork and transactions.
  • Assist with seating players and getting player chips when not dealing on a game.
  • Protect and maintain the integrity of assigned games and assets.
  • Assume and maintain control of assigned games.
  • Maintain game security, asset protection and rule and regulation enforcement.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of industry wide practices and report to management any that may benefit the Company
  • Acknowledge, warmly greet and converse with customers who play at or approach assigned games.
  • Advise supervisor of disputes, problems and any suspicious activity.
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of Company events and promotions and respond to customers accordingly
  • Effectively communicate with supervisors and obtain required approvals and acknowledgements according to established policies and procedures.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications -
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. Excellent Guest Service Skills
  3. Ability to communicate effectively in English
  4. Previous experience as a poker dealer.
