  • Job Summary

PokeDoke Restaurant is seeking a friendly Restaurant Line Server who can deliver excellent customer service while memorizing our menu items. Pokedoke is a quick serve style restaurant where customers build there poke bowls down the line like subway. The Restaurant Line Server will be responsible for taking food orders from customers, building the proper bowl the customer orders and helping the customer down the line. If you have previous experience as a Server in a popular restaurant and a dedication to providing excellent service to customers, we want to hear from you.

Restaurant Line Server responsibilities

Take customers' food and drink orders

Upsell customers on specials

Ensure that all orders are accurate and made for each customer in a timely manner

Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials

Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience

Confirm orders with any food allergies and restrictions

Assist with keeping line, dinning, and kitchen areas clean

Prep line items

Check out customers and ensure the right change is given

Restaurant Server skills

High school diploma/GED preferred

2+ years' Server experience preferred

Must be able to work on your feet up to 8 hours

Strong customer service skills required

Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform a plus

Ensure that items are restocked, and the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift'
