A typical day at Ono Poke:

  • Greet customers and create a positive experience through excellent service.
  • Efficiently process in-house, online, and delivery orders using the Toast POS system.
  • Handle cash, card payments, receipts, and refunds accurately.
  • Maintain product stock, store cleanliness, and visual standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and stay knowledgeable about menu items to assist customers and provide recommendations.
  • Adhere to food safety and health procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment.
