Purpose of Position:

The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for all census management and billing using our software and Point Click Care

Accountability:

The Accounts Receivable Manager is directly accountable to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and Director of Financial Operations.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily Census for 3 facilities in Point Click Care
    • Verify all documentation (Authorizations, ID #’s, Etc.)
    • Responsible to follow up daily with admissions coordinator. 
  • Submit a weekly report via email to the AR Supervisor and the Facility’s Administrator
  • Billing Of all Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, Private and Part B claims
  • Posting Remittances
  • Month Closings and Cash Assessments
  • Other billing responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience SHOULD have at least 2 years of PCC (Point Click Care) billing experience
  • Experience with (Change Healthcare) – recommended
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High School
  • Require minimum 1yr experience.
