Are you looking for a new, exciting career in healthcare? Located on the corner of Watertown Rd and Pewaukee Rd in Waukesha WI. Avina of Pewaukee offers excellence in care through individualized services designed to meet the social, emotional, and physical needs of each resident.
Position Overview:
Avina of Pewaukee is currently looking to add a Full Time Admissions Coordinator to our team. You will be responsible for assisting in the admissions process of our new residents. Ensuring all potential and new admits feel welcomed and at home with an ease of transition in their life.
Job Duties:
• Coordinate with company hospital liaisons for all potential and new admits
• Ensure resident profiles are accurate and up to date
o Ensure proper documentation is in Point Click Care
• Coordinate communication of new admissions with the team
• Help ensure proper equipment is available for new admissions
• Assist facility with equipment rentals and keep track of rentals
• Assist with room readiness
• Assist with Admission Agreements
• Assist with giving tours of the facility to potential families and admits
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High School Graduate or GED
• Attention to detail
• Able to navigate a computer
• Demonstrate cooperative team approach throughout the company and their work
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
Hours:
• This position is full time
