Now seeking a Concierge team member to join Cypress Cove!
  • Position is PRN.
  • Weekends are a must.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
  • Operating a multi-line phone system to answer incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate areas.
  • Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
  • Maintaining resident phone list and away list.
  • Takes information and produces work order requests for maintenance and housekeeping services using WorxHub system.
  • Booking and maintaining guest room reservations.
  • Performing clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, maintaining spreadsheets and pulls resident information from Point Click Care.
  • Manages outgoing postal mail.
  • Accepts and logs pharmacy orders.
  • Notifies residents of pharmacy items and dry cleaning.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
  • Someone who can maintain confidentiality of information (computer, paperwork, and medication) that is kept at the front desk.
