Rhodes Care Solutions RNs must be willing to travel to all three communities and pick up a minimum of two shifts per month.

    A.G. Rhodes Care Solutions Registered Nurse ( RN ) Care partner qualifications include:

    • Current Georgia or Unencumbered RN License
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in LTC/skilled nursing setting required
    • CPR/First Aid Certification required
    • Agency/multi-site experience preferred
    • Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
    • Memory Care experience preferred
    • Genuine passion for working with elders
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to foster team work with fellow care partners
    • Superb documentation skills (electronic charting experience with Point Click Care preferred)
    • Strong organization and time management skills
