RN Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

  • Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN License

  • Point Click Care (PCC) experience required

  • Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

  • Supervise nursing staff and ensure proper medication administration and resident care

  • Conduct multiple nursing rounds throughout each shift

  • Provide education and support to staff, residents, and families

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership

  • Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) may be considered
