Role: LPN – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing / Memory Care
Shifts:
7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Hours: 36 hrs/week (No OT allowed)
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Start Date: 03/23/2026

Medication pass
Accurate charting & documentation
Supervision of floor CNAs
Charting System: Point Click Care

? Minimum Requirements

Current LPN license (state-specific)
Current Health Certificate (if applicable)
Current PPD or Chest X-ray
1+ year professional nursing experience preferred
Current BLS card
Completed clinical specialty screening (80% or higher)
Successful background screening


?? Candidate Qualifications

2+ years LTC experience
Strong charting & documentation skills
Proficient in Point Click Care
Reliable transportation
