In this role you will: 

  • Provide intensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a center-based setting; either in the Treatment of Challenging Behavior or Pediatric Feeding Disorders. 
  • Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills while managing challenging behaviors in a high staff-to-client ratio (usually 2 technicians to 1 client) 
  • Collect data to monitor the progress of the children we support 
  • Provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals 
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, confidentiality and mandated reporting standards as set by the BlueSprig clinical team . 
  • Communicate clearly and effectively - both orally and written - with clients, families, and colleagues 
  • Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge.

  • All day availability Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM, 15-30 hours a week
  • Pay 
  • $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience and progression through our Level Up program
