Highlights

  • Location: Portland Metro Area
  • Work Arrangement: Primarily remote, but must be local for filming days and occasional onsite meetings
  • Duration: 6+ month contract with the potential for extension or ongoing engagement
  • Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) initially to support project ramp-up; may become more flexible over time

What You'll Do

  • Develop podcast content and episodes with input from company stakeholders
  • Own and manage the podcast content calendar
  • Prepare hosts and guests for recordings
  • Identify, source, and coordinate additional talent and production crew as needed
  • Support filming sessions and assist with post-production editing
  • Publish episodes and help drive audience engagement and promotion
  • Oversee the podcast from planning through release


Requirements

  • Proven experience independently producing and owning a video podcast (video experience is required)
  • Strong understanding of podcast production equipment and rental needs
  • Experience producing conversational podcasts featuring multiple hosts and/or guests
  • Ability to lead, direct, and facilitate recording sessions
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to edit and refine content in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience managing content / tasks in PM software such as Asana, Jira, or Monday.com
  • Portfolio with Video Podcast Samples
