Job description

Mancan is working with a company in Winesburg seeking experienced maintenance technicians for 1st and 3rd shift. 1st shift hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. 3rd shift hours are Monday-Friday, midnight-8am. Must be available for overtime as needed. Pay is based on experience between $25-$30 per hour. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate based on attitude, attendance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing and facility equipment.
- Diagnose and repair issues involving 110V, 220V, and 480V electrical systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, hydraulic schematics, and pneumatic diagrams.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Working knowledge of 110V, 220V, and 480V electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.
