As a Group Marketing Manager within PNC's Marketing organization, you will be based in a PNC Marketing footprint.
In this role, you will:
Manage the strategy and team that executes and implements integrated, multi-channel, strategic marketing plans for one or more products/initiatives/channels. Formulates plans that acquire, grow, and retain customers in support of the product life cycle and line of business goals and objectives.
Develop value proposition for key segments and sub-segments, incorporating key messages for relevant products
Work with market research to identify audience insights and mindset
Understand personas and decision makers and develop journey maps
Work with sales leadership to identify marketing opportunities at each stage of the sales funnel
Develop data-driven acquisition and retention campaigns, ensuring focus on measurement/ROI
Develop content strategy and produce thought leadership for target segments and sub-segments
Produce quarterly newsletters targeting strategic audiences
Develop prospect experience on PNC.com and maintain content updates for LOB
Partner with digital, social and paid media teams to execute paid search, SEO, paid social and paid media
Lead agency management and coordination
Establishes the budget and has the capability to apply policies and practices for planning and administering a budget.
Manage activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners.

  • Establishes the overall direction in connection with the vision. Leads the delivery of strategy in order to acquire, grow, and retain customers in support of the product life cycle and line of business goals and objectives.
  • Leads team in creation of integrated marketing strategies and aligns KPIs and measurement plans to drive business results. Serves as SME and thought leader to deliver recommendations and uses influence to build consensus and drive prioritization with senior and executive partners. Ensures team proactively adapts to and optimizes for a changing business environment.
  • Leads team to create strategies that deliver outcomes across multiple customer segments and/or business lines that align to the established vision. Directs and leads multi-functional teams and removes barriers, while establishing a relationship as a trusted advisor to business leaders to deliver desired outcomes.
  • Manages teams' delivery of business, risk, financial, and process commitments.
  • Establishes the budget and has the capability to apply, policies and practices for planning and administering a budget.
  • Develops and ensures accountability framework is maintained and prioritizes high performing strategic relationships with both internal and external business partners to achieve results.
  • Responsible for performance management, continuous coaching and development of employees to ensure that they can achieve business results and adapt to evolving business strategies and financial industry changes.
