We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) supporting complex enterprise IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience managing projects from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple complex enterprise projects simultaneously, including projects with multiple dependencies.
  • Plan, direct, and execute projects on time, within budget, and according to business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and update them as project needs and requirements change.
  • Provide project status updates, performance metrics, reports, and other project deliverables.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project and portfolio risks.
  • Identify required resources and assign responsibilities across project teams.
  • Manage stakeholders and effectively communicate project expectations.
  • Build and lead strong project teams across multiple departments and business units.
  • Identify and resolve project bottlenecks, resource conflicts, and alignment issues.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information across the portfolio.
  • Support PMO operations and portfolio management activities.
  • Promote and continuously improve Project Management Methodologies and best practices.
  • Educate project teams and stakeholders on PMO processes and tools.
