As a global leader with more than a century of success, we're continuously evolving how we operate, invest, and execute to deliver value for our customers, employees, and stakeholders. We're seeking a visionary Director, Enterprise Program Management Office (PMO) to lead the organization's enterprise portfolio and strategic execution capabilities. This is more than a PMO leadership role-it's an opportunity to influence enterprise priorities, guide transformational initiatives, and partner directly with executive leadership to shape the future of the business. If you're passionate about translating strategy into measurable outcomes, fostering organizational excellence, and leading through influence, this role could be your next great opportunity.

What You'll Do

As the Director of Enterprise PMO, you'll establish and lead the frameworks, governance, and capabilities that ensure Wahl's most important strategic initiatives drive meaningful business results. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Own enterprise portfolio governance, ensuring initiatives align to corporate strategy, long-term objectives, and value creation priorities.
  • Translate enterprise strategy into an executable, prioritized portfolio roadmap with defined outcomes, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • Lead enterprise prioritization and resource allocation to balance strategic value, financial return, risk, and organizational capacity.
  • Ensure accountability for enterprise outcomes and benefits realization-not just delivery milestones.
  • Own enterprise portfolio value realization, ensuring strategic investments drive revenue growth, margin improvement, cost optimization, and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead enterprise investment governance, including recommendations to continue, accelerate, re-scope, or terminate initiatives based on realized value.
  • Partner cross functionally to align capital and operating investments with enterprise performance objectives.
  • Oversee capital expenditures for strategic initiatives supported by the PMO.
  • Provide executive-level portfolio reporting and dashboards focused on value, risk, dependencies, and decisions requiring leadership action.
  • Ensure a smooth flow of enterprise information to enable fact-based, timely decision-making by executive leadership.
  • Act as a strategic operating partner to the CIO and Senior Leadership Team on enterprise capacity, investment tradeoffs, and execution risk.
  • Lead enterprise-level transformation initiatives that materially impact how the organization operates, including operating model evolution, process redesign, and digital enablement.
  • Develop and implement standardized portfolio, program, and project management methodologies that balance execution discipline with strategic agility.
  • Use internal and external benchmarking to drive continuous improvement in enterprise execution capability.
  • Maintain hands-on leadership by directly managing select enterprise programs and projects, while coaching teams to deliver outcomes on time, within scope, and with disciplined risk and change control.
  • Lead and develop the enterprise portfolio, program, and project management organization, including performance management, capability building, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Build PMO capability by assessing, coaching and developing talent.
  • Establish governance and vendor partnership models for enterprise initiatives in collaboration with IT, Procurement, and business leadership.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, International Business, IT, Finance, in a related field or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.
  • 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise portfolio, program, and strategy execution roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, enterprise-wide transformational initiatives.
  • PMP and/or Change Management certification preferred.
  • Relationship builder and problem solver.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity; data driven decision-making; outstanding written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong communicator with proven ability to influence with and without direct authority and build consensus across diverse stakeholders (executives, peers, key stakeholders).

Why You'll Love Wahl Clipper

We offer a competitive benefits package designed to support your well-being and growth, including:

  • Low-cost BCBSIL medical, dental, and vision plans
  • A generous company-matched 401(k) and profit sharing

But that's just the beginning. At Wahl, you'll also enjoy:

  • A legacy of quality and innovation.
  • A team that values your expertise and ideas.
  • Opportunities to grow and contribute to meaningful projects.
  • A culture built on respect, precision, and progress.

Ready to Drive the Future?
