This program provides comprehensive, performance based, Base Operations Services (BOS) for the headquarters of a major customer in the intelligence community, located in the National Capital Region (NCR). Support includes program management, workforce and security support services, logistics, environmental and occupational health, project management, operations, maintenance, repair, grounds maintenance and custodial services for the 2.5 million square foot state-of-the-art headquarters building, limited support to adjacent customer buildings, and over 100 small satellite locations. The program requires a highly capable team to ensure mission-critical systems and environments operate efficiently and securely, supporting thousands of personnel in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Responsibilities
The Project Manager Lead (PML) shall serve as the Government's first point of contact for all facility construction activities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Seven (7) years of experience managing a multitude of facilities, sustainment, renovation, and modernization projects within established cost, schedule, and technical performance baselines.
  • Seven (7) years of experience with operation of commercial and/or Government facilities.
  • Experience with advising, guiding, and coordinating with customers, including acquiring and accurately documenting renovation and repair requirements.
  • Knowledge of Computer Aided Design & Drafting (CADD) software for space utilization and shop drawing development.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project for scheduling.
  • Experience working with Architectural and Design personnel.
  • Working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 and all applicable codes and regulations.

Security Clearance Requirement:
This position requires a current Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance.
