In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop onboarding and training materials to drive consistent adoption of the portfolio management solution, specifically the resource planning processes and tools.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards that provide visibility into resource utilization, capacity forecasting, and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with CCOE partners to enable integrated planning and alignment with business priorities.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean/DBS methodologies to mature and evolve resource management practices.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field

  • 3+ years of direct experience in resource planning or portfolio management, including standardizing tools, processes, and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Excel, a resource/portfolio platform (e.g., Fusion Online, Epicflow), and BI tool (e.g., Power BI)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills within matrixed, global organization and a working knowledge of clinical trial processes, GCP, and regulatory expectations (FDA, EMA)

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel - 15% travel, as needed for events and workshops
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working understanding of Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) and its application to resource constrained environments

  • Experience applying advanced analytics or AI-driven approaches to resource planning, forecasting, or portfolio optimization.
