What You'll Do
Clinical Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
  • Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with therapists, supervisors, and clinical leadership
  • Participate in case consultation and interdisciplinary treatment planning
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Provide thoughtful, evidence-based, relationship-centered care
Program Development Responsibilities
  • Help develop and refine Honey's psychiatric intake and assessment process
  • Participate in building integrated care pathways between therapy and psychiatry
  • Contribute to the development of new psychiatric and wellness services
  • Support future specialty programming and treatment offerings
  • Assist in creating systems, workflows, and processes that improve client experience and clinical outcomes
  • Collaborate with leadership on the long-term vision for Honey's medical services
  • Help shape a growing psychiatric program within a collaborative mental health organization
Qualifications
Required
  • Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Active Michigan licensure (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start)
  • Two or more years of psychiatric clinical experience
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
  • Comfort working within a growing and evolving program
Preferred
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or families
  • Interest in integrated behavioral health and collaborative care models
  • Experience participating in program development, leadership initiatives, or healthcare operations
